Steve Rosenbaum is President and founder of Learning Paths International.  He is the author of five books including the Learning Paths book and a contributor to the Trainer's Portable Mentor.  In the past ten years, he has lead Learning Paths intiatives for sales, service, back office functions, management, marketing, logistics and shop floor functions.  He has worked across industries including health care, finance, call centers, retail, travel and manufacturing.  Steve has worked on projects in 7 different countries.  Steve has spoken to many professional organizations on the topic of Learning Paths and accelerated learning.  Associations included ASTD, ISPI, SALT and the Minnesota Council for Quality.  Prior to founding LPI, Steve was a training consultant for more than 15 years.  He designed and developed training for major corportations such as DuPont, Disney, IBM, GE and Carlson Companies. 

 

Arupa Tesolin is a Management Professional and Consultant with over 20 years experience in organizational development, change, training & development and operations management who founded the innovation training company Intuita in 1996. Arupa is passionate about the application of Learning Paths for innovation, productivity improvement and economic revitalization and development.  Arupa is the author of 2 books "Ting!", Spark, and over 100 articles in leading training and management publications like HR Innovator, Chief Learning Officer, HR.com, Training & Development (ASTD), Training, (US) and  Workplace Performance (CPMA), HR Reporter, HR Professional (HRPAO), HR Voice (BCHRMA), Management, Mississauga Board of Trade (Canada), Personnel Today (UK) and Training & Management (India). Her clients include a variety of business sectors, government and associations.

 

Ira Kasdan is President of Performance Builders, Inc. a Minneapolis-based sales performance consulting group.  He has over 25 years of experience working with professional sales people and account managers in a variety of industries including: travel, hospitality, consulting, and high technology.  Ira has designed sales processes and selling systems as well as developed and delivered sales training and sales and sales management coaching for tens of thousands of people who call on and serve accounts of all size and types, ranging from small and mid-size companies to Fortune 500 global corporations and federal, state, and local government agencies

 

Ed Robbins  brings more than 25 years comprehensive managerial experience in human resource development, organizational consulting, and training. He has led major initiatives in strategic change, sales force effectiveness, leadership development, and service quality. Ed has worked on consulting and training projects with a wide variety of organizations including; Texas Instruments, State Farm, GE, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Department of Justice, Hyatt Hotels, AT&T, and Union Pacific Railroad.

 

Karin Johanek  offers more than sixteen years of performance improvement, instructional design, organizational and leadership development, and professional facilitation experience. We/she embrace(s) an interactive and learner-centered approach to developing adult learning strategies that get results. Karin has a proven history of working with a range of businesses and industries around the world. Her multi-cultural experience has helped her support the growth of many companies as they learn how to really "walk the global talk."   

 

Melanie Wass   has an impressive breadth and depth of experience and qualifications which eminently suit her to partner with Learning Paths International. Melanie is a Board Director and State President for the Australian Institute of Training & Development. In 2003 she founded and is Director of Natural Consulting, a results-based learning and development practice. She has more than 20 years direct experience in the human resources field including change initiatives, organisational development and learning and development. Her experience base is grounded in professional services, retail, finance, healthcare, public sector and manufacturing. As a Consultant, Coach and Trainer, Melanie is passionate about learning and its role as a valued contributor to organisational success.

 

Dr. James Lynn consults with senior executives to assess organizational needs, develop strategic plans and install quality human resource systems that improve performance. Dr. Lynn developed a broad based understanding of business functions from twenty years of increasingly responsible experience in both public and private organizations. Dr. Lynn has been an examiner for the Minnesota Council for Quality, which administers a state version of the national Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award.

 

Marc Mancini is one of the travel industry's best-known speakers, educators and consultants. It's estimated that nearly 300,000 travel professionals worldwide have benefited from training programs that he has designed or delivered.  Dr. Mancini has designed or given seminars for virtually every travel association, including The Travel Institute, ASTA, ARTA, PATA, the NBTA and SITE, as well as for the tourist offices of France, Hawaii, Los Angeles, Scandinavia, the Bahamas, Canada and Switzerland .
