The second brings more, because of the combination of learning and acting. Still it is uni-directional if you compare it with Kaizen. On top of coaching, the participants should share their experiences: what works for me and what does not? 

I joined the Business Bootcamp in the Netherlands in April. A learning experience for small business owners. Great event. It really combines learning with taking action and sharing of ideas and best practices among participants. It impacts the mindset of the majority of the participants. The method they use is called Accellerated Learning.</description>
