Building Intergenerational Teams
This webinar provides participants with an understanding of the issues caused by the 4 distinct generations that exist in our workforce today. It includes ideas on how to manage generational conflicts in addition to specific ideas for leveraging the opportunities that exist between generations.

This webinar presents a practical model for leading people that focuses on productivity improvement and employee motivation. Five leadership practices along with “how-to tips” are reviewed. Participants will be able to assess their own leadership practices then make plans to improve.

He has led major initiatives in strategic change, sales force effectiveness, leadership development and service quality. Ed has worked on consulting and training projects with a wide range of organizations including Texas Instruments, State Farm, GE, JP Morgan Chase, Accenture, Department of Justice, Hyatt Hotels, AT&T, and Union Pacific Railroad.
