Working with a major international manufacturer of buidling materials, Learning Paths were created for the key functions in their
plants. These Learning Paths were then used to help hire and train new employees for a new plant start-up. This process
accelerated the development of new employees as well as reinforcing the training of existing employees in other plants.
Working with a partnership between four major paper and packing companies, Century College and the State of Minnesota Department of
Labor, LPI created a new interactive learning system designed for both pre and post hire. Partners included International Paper
and Rock Ten.
